Insights Group's Policies
Cancellation Policy. Cancellation by email is most accepted and the fastest. We check our emails constantly, so please feel free to email us with your cancellations. If you are unable to attend and cancel up to 14 days prior to your arrival date, there will not be a refund. However, you may either transfer your deposit to another booking, request a Gift Certificate for use by yourself or another guest, transfer the deposit to another guest.
Please Note that a $50.00 administration charge will apply in these instances. There will be no refund, Gift Certificate or transfer for cancellations received less than 13 business days prior to the arrival date. Alternatively, you may send someone else in your place.
Please Note: If you do not cancel and do not attend, you will be responsible to pay the FULL accommodation charge.
INSIGHTS Group GUARANTEE . A $50.000 USD Non- refundable Guaranteed FEE paid at the time of booking will ensure guests a FULL REFUND should they have to cancel for any reason.
Check Out. We have flexible check-in and checkout times. If your flight is going to be delayed or you will be late, please pay us the courtesy of notifying us.
Deposit. A 25% deposit is required to secure all reservations. Full payment must be received 30 days after the booking is made. If the period between booking your reservations and arrival is less than 30 days, then full payment is required at the time of booking.
All guests are asked to provide a security deposit that will be FULLY refunded when you return the unit in the 'pre-rental' condition.
Housekeeping. Guests who are in our self-served apartments are responsible for their own housekeeping. Guests with packages have housekeeping services. We are a “greening” accommodation and ask that you help us by re-using your towels and changing bed linens every two days.
Host Services. Our goal is to treat all guest well so that they may experience a feeling of being refreshed and happy, chanting our praises and return again and again to experience “ a vacation from the ordinary…”.
Keys. Some accommodations have keyless entry. Combinations should not be given to anyone. Keys should only be used by registered guests. Duplicate keys should not be made. There is a fee for lost keys.
Maid Services. These services are optional for self-contained units. If you are interested, please contact us.
Notice to Guests. The accommodations we provide are privately owned and managed by INSIGHTS Group. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful/disruptive in any way.
Occupancy. Our rate is configured as a base rate. Charges are per accommodation and not per person. However, there is a maximum number of people allowed for the base rate. See Rates for further explanation.
Parking. There is limited parking on site. However, if you have a vehicle or have rented one, you can park on the streets. At times, space permitting, you may be able to park in the drive way, or in the gargage.
Property Damage. Any damage to property, lost or broken items caused by you or your guests, or your guests’ guests is solely your responsibility.
Quiet Time. Feel free to enjoy your self indoors as well as outdoors. There are no set rules; however, use your discretion and be sure to respect the privacy of other guests and neighbours .
Rates. Our rates are in USD based on accommodation. There is a maximum number of persons allowed in all suites. There is an extra charge per night for extra persons up to the maximum number allowed, including children (see chart below). However, children 15 years of age and under are free.
Only Persons registered with INSIGHTS Group are allowed to sleep in the apartments.

Restricted. Taped light switches are not be touched. Locked cupboards are strictly storage and not to be opened. Inside furniture must remain inside at all times.
Smoking. We are a non-smoking establishment. SMOKING is not permitted on the premises. If you should smoke in the apartment, you will be charged $100.00 USD to clean and air the apartment.
